Almost as many believe that rising stakeholder expectations for transparency, accountability, and social and environmental impact will pose a major challenge for the board of the future.
Given these views, it is no wonder that more than 3/5 of respondents cite proactive stakeholder engagement as a critical way for boards to stay informed and responsive.
