Julia Jackson

Founder, Grounded; Board Member on California Department of Food and Agriculture, Earth League International, SeaLegacy, Arctic Base Camp Advisory Board, Global Alliance for a Sustainable Planet (GASP) Leadership Council, and the Council of the Eagle and the Condor Advisory Board.

Julia is the founder of Grounded.org a philanthropic organization dedicated to accelerating bold solutions to the climate crisis. Grounded funds high-impact organizations and builds large-scale campaigns to advance three strategic imperatives:

1. Accelerating a just transition to 100% clean energy;
2. Drawing down existing atmospheric carbon through nature-based solutions;
3. Advancing Indigenous rights and the Rights of Nature in U.S. and international law.

Julia serves on the boards of the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Earth League International, SeaLegacy, Arctic Base Camp Advisory Board, Global Alliance for a Sustainable Planet (GASP) Leadership Council, and the Council of the Eagle and the Condor Advisory Board.
