Matthew Vahidi

Vice President, Investment Stewardship, BlackRock

Matthew engages with corporate issuers on key ESG issues and guides companies around ESG reporting, structure, strategy and implementation.

Prior to Nasdaq, Matthew was the lead analyst for North American financial services on BlackRock Investment Stewardship. He received his Juris Doctorate at Fordham University School of Law and previously worked in corporate M&A and public company corporate governance law.
