Silvio Dulinsky

Deputy Secretary-General of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in Geneva, Switzerland

Silvio Dulinsky is Deputy Secretary-General of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) in Geneva, Switzerland. He has been a member of the executive committee of the World Economic Forum (WEF) responsible for the private sector in Europe and Latin America. At the WEF he led the global Climate Governance Initiative (Chapter Zero network) and was co-responsible for the development of the network of Centers of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) in Latin America. Silvio Dulinsky previously held various international positions of responsibility in finance for the Swiss cement group Holcim and has been a member of the board of directors of several of its subsidiaries. He has acted as Corporate Director of the Spanish engineering group INYPSA and has been involved in the financing and development of technology startups.

Silvio Dulinsky chairs the global sustainability chapter of IESE Business School alumni and is a member of the board of directors of Fundación Alleanza por Todos in Costa Rica.

Silvio Dulinsky has a degree in business administration from the University of São Paulo, a master’s degree in administration from IESE Business School, and completed his leadership education at IMD Lausanne, Stanford University, and the University of Zurich.

Silvio Dulinsky has Swiss, Spanish and Brazilian citizenships and is the father of two children.


 

Silvio Dulinsky es Secretario-General Adjunto de la Organización Internacional de Normalización (ISO) en Ginebra, Suiza. Ha sido miembro del comité ejecutivo del Foro Económico Mundial (WEF) responsable por el sector privado en Europa y América Latina. En el WEF lideró la iniciativa global de clima en gobierno corporativo (Chapter Zero / Climate Governance Initiative) y fue corresponsable por el desarrollo de la red de Centros para la Cuarta Revolución Industrial (C4IR) en América Latina. Anteriormente Silvio Dulinsky tuvo distintas posiciones de responsabilidad internacional en finanzas del grupo cementero suizo Holcim y ha sido miembro del directorio de varias de sus subsidiarias. Ha actuado como Director Corporativo del grupo de ingeniería español INYPSA y ha estado involucrado en la financiación y desarrollo de startups tecnológicas.

Silvio Dulinsky preside el capítulo global de sostenibilidad de los exalumnos del IESE Business School y es miembro de la junta directiva de la Fundación Alleanza por Todos en Costa Rica.

Silvio Dulinsky es licenciado en ciencias empresariales por la Universidad de São Paulo, posee un máster en administración por el IESE Business School y complementó su formación en liderazgo en el IMD de Lausana, en la Universidad de Stanford y en la Universidad de Zurich.

Silvio Dulinsky tiene ciudadanía suiza, española y brasileña y es padre de dos hijos.
